Access is via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for activity under your account.

Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. Applications are reviewed by the institute, which may shortlist, request additional documents, or reject an application. Enrolment is confirmed only after the required fee payment is completed.

The application fee and course fees are payable online through our banking partner's payment gateway. Course fees may be paid in two instalments (50% at admission and the balance by the due date set by the institute) or in full. Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful or infringing content. The institute may suspend access for breach of these terms.

Course materials and platform content are the property of IEMS and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, IEMS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
