Service Delivery Policy

The Institute of Environmental Management & Studies (IEMS) provides educational services. No physical goods are sold or shipped through this platform, so a conventional shipping policy does not apply.
How services are delivered
- Application processing begins immediately after your application and fee are submitted online.
- On enrolment, access to the learning platform (attendance, marks, results, notifications, and class schedule) is provided digitally to your signed-in account.
- Classes are conducted online (Google Meet) and/or at the institute's premises, as scheduled.
- Payment receipts are available for download immediately after a successful payment.
