Eligibility
  • Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent.
  • Diploma holders in Engineering.
  • Arts/Commerce graduates with a science background (Physics, Chemistry, Math at Intermediate level).

Semester I

  • Paper I: Introduction of Ecology and control technologies
  • Paper II: Environmental Legislation & Environmental Management System, Environmental Impact Assessment
  • Paper III: Water and Water Pollution and Control Technologies
  • Paper IV: Air and Air Pollution and Control Technologies
  • Paper V: Environmental Chemistry
  • Paper VI: Pollution Abatement Technologies (Noise, Odour, Ventilation, Incineration, Biomedical Wastes)

Semester II

  • Paper VII: Environmental Safety and Occupational Health
  • Paper VIII: Environmental Aspects of Metallurgical and Chemical Industries
  • Paper IX: Waste & Hazardous Waste Management
  • Paper X: Disaster Management
  • Paper XI: Soil Resource Management, Microbiology, and Environmental Biotechnology
  • Paper XII: Energy System & Environment

Course 2: Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety (PGDIS)

  • Diploma in Engineering with 4 years of industrial exposure.
