Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for fees paid to the Institute of Environmental Management & Studies (IEMS) through this platform.
Application fee
The application fee is charged for processing and review of your application and is non-refundable, whether or not the application is shortlisted.
Course fee & instalments
Course-fee refunds on withdrawal are considered in line with the institute's admission policy. Requests must be made in writing to the institute. Any approved refund is calculated after applicable deductions as per institute policy at the time of withdrawal.
Failed or duplicate payments
If an amount is debited but the payment fails, or you are charged more than once for the same fee, the excess/failed amount is refunded to the original payment method. Such refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after verification.
How to request a refund
Email iemsjsr@gmail.com with your name, application/receipt reference, payment date, and amount. Approved refunds are made only to the original payment method.
